Terms of service
By downloading, installing, or using TOTP Authenticator, or by visiting nexoradigitech.com, you agree to these terms. TOTP Authenticator is operated by Nexora Digitech Private Limited, a company registered in India. Contact support@nexoradigitech.com with questions.
Who can use it
You need to be old enough to hold the store account you install from (13 or older in most countries, or the age your local law sets) and able to enter a contract with us. If you're using the app on behalf of a company, you're agreeing to these terms for that company too.
Using the app
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for generating and managing your own two-factor authentication codes. You won't reverse-engineer it, resell it, or use it to interfere with other people's accounts. In particular, don't use the app or our sync infrastructure to access accounts you aren't authorized to access, probe or overload our services, or redistribute the app outside the official stores.
Our stuff, your stuff
The app, this website, and their names and artwork belong to Nexora, and these terms don't transfer any of that to you. The accounts you add and the backups you create are yours; we claim no rights over them.
Purchases
Cloud Sync and browser-extension push unlock with a one-time purchase, made per platform, through the Apple App Store or Google Play. See pricing for the current price and what it includes. The purchase is held by your store account and subject to that store's own refund policy, not ours.
Your content
You're responsible for the accounts you add and for keeping a backup where one matters to you. See how backup and recovery work. We can't restore codes we never received a copy of.
Service availability
The app's core function, generating codes, works fully offline and doesn't depend on our servers. Cloud Sync and the browser extension depend on third-party services (your cloud account, the app stores, our sync infrastructure) and can be interrupted by any of them. We may change or retire connected features over time; the offline core is the part we treat as permanent.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. See deleting your account and data. We may suspend access to Cloud Sync or the browser extension for accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
Disclaimers
The app is provided as-is. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim warranties beyond what's legally required, and our liability is limited to what you paid for the app, if anything.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We'll post updates here and keep this page current rather than backdating changes. If a change meaningfully reduces what you get, we'll say so on this page before it takes effect.
If part of this is unenforceable
If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, together with the privacy policy, are the whole agreement between you and us about the app and this website.
