Move from Authy to TOTP Authenticator
Takes about 15–30 minutes, depending on how many accounts you have · You won't lose access to anything
Authy has no way to export your accounts to another app, so switching from Authy to TOTP Authenticator means setting two-factor authentication up again on each account: turn it off on the site, turn it back on, and scan the new QR code here. It takes longer than a direct import, but every account ends up with a code you hold and can back up yourself.
Steps (repeat for each account)

List what you need to move
Open Authy and write down the name of every account you have set up. That list is all Authy will give you: it won’t show or export the underlying codes for accounts you already added.

Turn 2FA off, then back on, for each account
In the account itself (your email provider, bank, exchange, and so on), open its security settings, remove the existing authenticator app, then choose to set one up again. A fresh QR code appears. That’s expected: every re-enrollment issues a new secret.

Scan the new QR in TOTP Authenticator
Add → Scan QR, then confirm the six-digit code matches on the account’s page before you move to the next account and remove it from Authy.
If something went wrong
"I don’t want to lose access while I switch"
Move your most important accounts first: email, your bank, anything tied to account recovery. Confirm the new code works in TOTP Authenticator before you remove the old one from Authy, and never switch 2FA off on an account until the replacement is ready.
"The site only lists “Authy” as an option, not a generic authenticator app"
Look for a “can’t scan the QR?” or “enter this code manually” link. Most sites that name Authy still hand out an ordinary secret key, and you can type that into TOTP Authenticator yourself.
"Codes are rejected after re-enrolling"

What's different here
Authy's desktop app was retired, so it's now a phone-only authenticator like most others, and every Authy account is tied to a phone number, which is part of why losing that number can complicate recovery. TOTP Authenticator doesn't need a phone number to add or use an account, and codes generate offline, on your device. Backup, restore and moving accounts by QR are free.
