Move from 2FAS to TOTP Authenticator

To switch from 2FAS to TOTP Authenticator, export a backup from 2FAS's settings. That gives you a .2fas file, and TOTP Authenticator imports it directly. Every account transfers in one step, and 2FAS stays installed until you've checked each code.
Steps

Export from 2FAS
In 2FAS, go to Settings → Backup → Export backup and save the .2fas file. 2FAS may offer to encrypt it with a password; if you set one, remember it.

Import the .2fas file in TOTP Authenticator
Add → Import from file, choose the .2fas file, and enter the password if the export is encrypted.

Check every code before deleting
With both apps open, check that a few codes match. Once they do, you can remove those accounts from 2FAS.
If something went wrong
"The file won’t import"
Check you picked the .2fas file itself, not a screenshot of it or a copy your file manager renamed. If the file is password-protected, try the password from the export step again.
"Some accounts didn’t import"
Add the missing ones individually: open the account in 2FAS and use its “view secret key” option if offered, then enter it in TOTP Authenticator by manual entry.
"Codes are rejected after importing"

What's different here
2FAS is open source and free, and it pairs with a browser extension of its own for approving logins. TOTP Authenticator's extension works the same way, and you also get an offline backup file and groups to sort accounts into. Backup, restore and moving accounts by QR are free.
